Sandoval Homes LLC is a family owned licensed building company that focuses on new construction in Southern Oakland County.

David Sandoval (licensed builder) has a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering. He worked for Halliburton Energy Services for 10 years as a Field Engineer in the Oil Industry. While working as an engineer he saw an opportunity to invest in real estate and home renovation/restorations. He found a new passion for architecture and structural engineering that lead to becoming a licensed builder.

Kimberly Sandoval (designer/broker) has a Bachelors in Business concentration in Finance from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor. She worked as a Senior Accountant for several corporations as a CPA in the Oil and Gas industry for 10 years. She has always had a passion for real estate and home design. As a student at the University of Michigan she was a licensed real-estate agent for four years selling homes. After graduating her focus moved to the accounting profession but continued to buy redesign and sell homes.

Our combined passion then lead to the formation of our own construction and real-estate business in 2015. We are committed to honoring the Lord in all we do by operating our business consistent with biblical values as we enjoy the challenge of creating new structures that are uniquely beautiful and can serve a family for a lifetime.
